Professional Diploma in coaching and mentoring
As a coaching enthusiast, I embarked on a journey of personal and professional growth that led me to obtain a Professional Diploma in coaching and mentoring at Kingston College. Like every achievement for each of us, subject to the progression of time and life, it cost me effort, a lot of dedication, and much practice for more than 10 months, but personal satisfaction is something that cannot be measured in hours or effort.
My journey is not limited only to the academic field, but also extends to the personal sphere, where I have continuously sought to improve myself and my relational skills.
When I embarked on this path, I thought first of all about myself, how to improve myself to help others improve. Every challenge faced and every success achieved has contributed to shaping who I am today, fueling my passion for helping others achieve their goals and overcome personal challenges. Everything is a reflection of our inner self and what we carry within.
And I wanted, through years of experience and dedication, to hone my communication, leadership, and empathy skills, solidifying my role as a trusted coach and mentor in my start-up.
